Mechanical / Process Engineer – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical or Process Engineer to join our international engineering team. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of industrial facilities, from design through start‑up, supporting innovative projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create project specifications, design philosophy, PFDs, P&IDs, calculations and operation manuals.
• Perform mechanical and hydraulic designs for pumps, compressors and develop process datasheets.
• Participate in P&ID design reviews, HAZOP sessions and 3D model reviews.
• Prepare design outputs, datasheets, drawings and Material Take‑Off (MTO) lists.
• Collaborate with suppliers, evaluate bids and manage vendor document control.
• Support the commissioning team during plant or unit start‑up.
• Coordinate with the project team and other engineers to ensure smooth progress of engineering work.

Required profile

• University degree or Master’s in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to project locations as needed.
• Knowledge of data centers is a plus.
