Media Designer – Creative Visuals & AI Integration

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a Media Designer who will create high‑impact visual assets across all brand touchpoints. You will work closely with product, marketing and leadership teams to deliver designs that are both beautiful and performance‑driven, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Create exceptional visual assets for paid and organic social, product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks.
• Own the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output, ensuring fast shipping without compromising standards.
• Develop deep expertise in a primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration) and expand skills across related areas.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions quickly, and streamline production workflows.
• Manage a high volume of work across multiple projects, making smart trade‑offs between craft and urgency.
• Apply business awareness to ensure designs meet strategic goals and target audience needs.
• Proactively identify gaps, propose ideas and take initiative on creative opportunities.
