Media Designer – Visual Assets & AI Integration

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a talented Media Designer to create compelling visual assets across all touchpoints. You will work in a fast‑moving, small‑team environment where AI tools are deeply integrated into the creative workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality visual assets for paid and organic social, product visuals, brand materials, and presentation decks.
• Own the end‑to‑end quality of each deliverable, from brief to final output.
• Develop deep expertise in a primary discipline (motion, graphic design, illustration) while expanding skills across related areas.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions, and accelerate production.
• Manage a high volume of work across multiple projects without compromising excellence.
• Apply business context to make strategic creative decisions.
• Identify gaps, propose ideas proactively, and execute impactful creative work.
