Medical Science Liaison – Neuro Sciences (Barcelona)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Neuro Sciences will act as a scientific bridge between Johnson & Johnson and leading healthcare professionals in Barcelona. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality scientific communication, supporting the Medical Affairs strategy, and enhancing the value of the company’s neuro‑science portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an individual activity plan aligned with the country and brand Medical Affairs plans.
• Maintain and expand a network of leading specialists (physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, scientific society board members, etc.).
• Provide up‑to‑date scientific information on products, treatment trends, and clinical studies within the neuro‑science therapeutic area.
• Communicate the medical benefits of products through peer‑to‑peer interactions and scientific discussions.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson at professional associations and scientific meetings in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Medical Education teams.
• Collect and relay insights on unmet needs, treatment patterns, and scientific activities to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in neuro‑science therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to discuss scientific data and treatment trends with leading specialists.
• Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships in the healthcare community.
• Strong communication skills for both proactive and reactive medical information exchange.
