Medical Scientific Liaison – Neuro Sciences (Valencia)

About the role

The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) for Neuro Sciences will act as a scientific bridge between Johnson & Johnson and leading healthcare professionals in the Levante region. The role focuses on high‑quality, peer‑to‑peer communication to maximize the value of the company’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an individual activity plan aligned with the country and brand plans.
• Continuously update knowledge on medical and scientific advances, product information, and treatment trends in neuro‑science.
• Build and maintain a network of leading specialists such as physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific society board members.
• Understand specialists’ needs, treatment patterns, and scientific interests to tailor communications.
• Communicate the clinical value of company products, including discussion of clinical questionnaires.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson in professional associations in cooperation with Medical Affairs and Medical Education.
• Provide proactive and reactive scientific support to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Therapeutic‑area scientific expert with the ability to discuss products, patient‑treatment trends, and studies on a peer‑to‑peer basis.
• Relevant scientific qualifications and demonstrable experience in medical affairs or a related field.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted scientific counterpart both internally and externally.

Required skills

• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of neuro‑science therapeutic area.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with leading healthcare specialists.
• Understanding of clinical data and product value articulation.
• Experience representing a company within professional associations.
