Microsoft 365 & Copilot Consultant / Trainer

About the role

PlainVanilla is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Copilot Consultant / Trainer to join its remote team. You will work directly with medium‑ and large‑size organisations, guiding them through the strategic adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions while delivering high‑impact training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and interviews to understand client needs.
• Design and adapt Microsoft 365 and Copilot use cases that align with business processes.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for end users, managers and champions.
• Support organisations during the adoption journey and resolve functional or technical challenges.
• Advise clients on best practices to maximise value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to boost productivity and optimise AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven experience delivering training, workshops or user onboarding programs.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Immediate availability.
