Mid‑Level Brand Designer for European Market

About the role

Quince is looking for a mid‑level Brand Designer to join its European design team. Based in one of our offices in London, Madrid or Berlin, you will translate creative direction into polished, on‑brand assets across digital, marketing and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day creative work for campaigns, product launches and core brand touchpoints.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets that maintain a premium, cohesive brand aesthetic.
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Support scaling of design output as the business grows across Europe.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in graphic or brand design.
• Strong design fundamentals and a sharp sense of taste.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Passion for creating timeless, functional design that aligns with Quince’s values.
