Midweight Graphic Designer – FMCG (e‑commerce focus)

About the role

Dragons is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to support a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) client, focusing on e‑commerce and digital channels. The role is hands‑on and production‑oriented, requiring the ability to turn brand guidelines into high‑performing digital assets that drive clarity, consistency, and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality digital assets for e‑commerce platforms, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Adapt and localise master creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and markets.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
• Support rapid production and rollout of e‑commerce content at scale.
• Collaborate with account, creative, and design teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Help improve workflows, asset management, and production efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a creative agency environment.
• Experience with e‑commerce, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent executional craft, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Good communication skills in English and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable working across digital formats and templates.
• Understanding of design for e‑commerce environments where speed, clarity, and conversion matter.
