Midweight Graphic Designer – Pharma & Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our growing healthcare‑focused creative team. Working closely with a Senior Graphic Designer, you will help produce high‑quality visual assets for pharmaceutical and healthcare campaigns across digital, social, web and presentation channels. This hands‑on role requires precision, clarity and an eye for detail in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital assets for pharma and healthcare campaigns, including social media posts, website graphics, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Support the adaptation of creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure visual accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards for all outputs.
• Translate complex healthcare information into clear, engaging designs.
• Adapt assets for various digital platforms without compromising design integrity.
• Meet fast‑paced production timelines and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Excellent graphic design fundamentals – strong typography, layout and composition.
• Proven ability to create digital‑first content for campaigns and brand ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools and emerging creative workflows.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive team player with strong English communication skills.
