Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android) – Hybrid/Remote

About the role

Immfly is looking for a Mobile Engineer to develop and maintain its crew applications and in‑seat SDK. You will work on both iOS and Android platforms, delivering high‑quality features that enhance the passenger experience across the airline industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise scalable mobile features using Swift for iOS and Kotlin with Jetpack for Android.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and QA teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Integrate APIs, SDKs and third‑party libraries while ensuring clean, testable code (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Write and review code, create unit tests and participate in technical discussions.
• Monitor app performance using tools such as Firebase and Crashlytics, and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing iOS (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Xcode) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose) applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, app architecture patterns, testing and debugging.
• Experience with performance optimisation, local storage and writing scalable code.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills; proactive and results‑driven.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
