Mobile Engineer (iOS) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Engineer (iOS) to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first team that builds next‑generation mobile experiences powered by advanced AI. You will own the iOS app from concept through production, delivering intuitive, high‑performance features that enable users to complete real‑world tasks with minimal effort.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integrate AI‑powered features via backend APIs, handling streaming responses, loading states, retries and error handling.
• Optimize performance, memory usage and battery efficiency across a wide range of iOS devices.
• Capture user behavior and feedback to support AI model evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with backend, machine‑learning and product teams to define APIs and deliver production‑ready features.
• Maintain application stability, code quality, monitoring and App Store readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and improve reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional, distributed teams.
• User‑centric mindset for designing trustworthy AI interactions.

Required skills

• Swift, SwiftUI, async/await, concurrency, background task management.
• iOS performance optimization, memory management, battery efficiency.
• RESTful APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases.
• CoreML, TensorFlow Lite (or other on‑device ML frameworks) – a plus.
• Feature flagging, remote configuration, experimentation frameworks – a plus.
