About the role

The Baggage Porter supports the reception and concierge teams at the Barceló Torre de Madrid hotel, ensuring guests’ luggage is handled efficiently and safely. You will be the first point of contact for guests’ luggage needs, vehicle parking, and basic concierge tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist reception and concierge with guest services and security duties.
• Control, store, and transport guests’ luggage within the hotel and to the entrance.
• Perform simple errands inside and outside the property.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in reception and concierge areas.
• Monitor installations and report incidents to the appropriate department.
• Manage entry and exit of goods, suppliers, and personnel.
• Park guests’ vehicles on request and ensure their safety.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Valid driving licence.
