MRO Program Compliance Manager Internship – Discover II 2026/27

About the role

Airbus is offering an 11‑month, full‑time internship as part of its Discover II 2026‑2027 graduate programme. The role is based in Getafe, Spain and focuses on ensuring compliance of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) programmes with strategic plans and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor MRO activities against the strategic maintenance roadmap and track key performance indicators.
• Act as the primary arbitrator between programme requirements and operational constraints, evaluating financial and operational impacts of scope changes.
• Control the MRO budget, identify discrepancies between planned and actual spend, and support cost‑optimisation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline the interface between the Programs Office and MRO operations, providing data‑driven insights for future planning.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025‑2026) in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Management or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting numerical data and financial logic.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting to senior programme leaders.
