About the role
MSS Support Intern – supporting the senior MSS team in resource coordination for Modality Sales Specialists and assisting with tender creation and analysis tasks. The role contributes to improved sales and marketing performance by ensuring the right resources are placed at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate resources for Modality Sales Specialists, including tender creation and analysis.
- Fit the best resources in proper places on time to enhance sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with experienced Modality Sales Specialists on organization tasks.
- Work with multiple stakeholders such as Clinical Specialists, Sales, Product Management and Logistics to meet tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Experience in project management and team organization, handling deadlines, definitions, tasks and restrictions.
- Self‑structured, organized and able to work independently.
- Technical education with project‑management practices.
- Medium level English proficiency.
