Multifunction Maintenance Manager

About the role

Airbus Operations in Getafe is looking for a Multifunction Maintenance Manager to join the Facility Management & Real Estate Spain team. You will lead mechanical maintenance activities across several Airbus sites, ensuring safety, business continuity and energy efficiency in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain facilities, infrastructure and technical equipment such as HVAC, compressed air systems and cranes.
• Lead and monitor maintenance suppliers and lump‑sum contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Write technical specifications and act as the main point of contact during Call‑For‑Tender processes.
• Control and optimise the annual OpEx and CapEx budgets for the maintenance scope.
• Drive continuous improvement and process harmonisation using the CMMS platform.
• Support the Energy department in ISO 50001 certification, water and energy billing, and energy‑efficiency projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, energy management or sustainability.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• CMMS (Maximo) – mastery of digital maintenance tools.
