Neo Specialist – Commercial Insurance (Barcelona)

About the role

Join Zurich’s Multinational team as a Neo Specialist, supporting the Neo application and AI‑enabled solutions across the global Commercial Insurance landscape. You will work within the Operational Excellence Team, collaborating with Operations, IT and Underwriting to ensure stability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive 2nd‑level support for the Neo application, investigating and resolving incidents.
• Monitor application performance and contribute to service reliability and continuous improvement.
• Support testing cycles, releases and defect resolution across environments.
• Identify AI use cases, gather requirements and assess potential AI solutions.
• Assist with running, monitoring and improving AI‑enabled automations.
• Champion AI and operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Work within IT service management and governance frameworks.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge sharing and user guidance.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, tooling and user experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Commercial Insurance with multinational exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with the Neo application.
• Automation knowledge (Microsoft automation tools or RPA).
• Clear, confident communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Forward‑thinking, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
• Team player with strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Fast learner with solid organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Calm, pragmatic and resilient under pressure.
