Network & Partner Operations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Network & Partner Operations Intern to join ServiZurich in Barcelona. You will support the team by maintaining process guidelines, analysing data and assisting with tool development while gaining exposure to insurance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update process guidelines and the global broker database.
• Prepare presentations for ongoing projects and ensure quality of policies, Late Letters and Reinsurance Slips.
• Analyse data sets, present results and support tool development and process improvement initiatives.
• Assess the network of insurance companies regarding financial, economic and political stability.

Required profile

• Active student enrolled at a Spanish university, studying Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
