Night Auditor – Resort Front Desk (Ibiza)

About the role

The Night Auditor will be the primary point of contact for guests during the overnight shift at Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. You will ensure smooth front‑desk operations, provide accurate information, and support the overall guest experience throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver qualified assistance and information to guests, handling all reception tasks during the night shift.
• Report daily progress, incidents, and any irregularities to the Reception Manager.
• Assume hotel responsibilities delegated by the reception manager or director, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
• Promote and communicate the hotel's general and specific objectives, encouraging staff involvement in achieving them.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a night audit or similar front‑desk role, preferably in a 4‑star hotel.
• Formal education or training in tourism or hospitality.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English and/or German.
