Night Receptionist – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

Join Barceló Hotels as a Night Receptionist and be the first point of contact for guests during the evening and overnight hours. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, provide personalized service, and maintain the high standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑desk operations for arriving and departing guests during the night shift.
• Perform check‑in, welcome guests, and handle check‑out and farewell procedures.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
• Carry out concierge duties, luggage storage, and reservation reviews.
• Conduct the nightly audit and other tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality CRM systems and ISO standards is valued.
