Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agent (Contact Center)

About the role

MSX International, a global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry, is hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent for its Barcelona contact center. You will be the main point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, handling their cases professionally and ensuring a positive service experience. The role starts with an on-site adaptation period, after which it becomes hybrid (50% remote).

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver inquiries across multiple channels.
• Handle complex and escalated cases, monitoring them until resolution.
• Escalate cases to higher-level or specialized teams when needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in line with project KPIs.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual Norwegian speaker.
• Good English (B2-C1).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, contact centers, customer relations or similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of automotive sales and after-sales processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (basic PowerPoint and Excel).
