Nurse – Cardiac Electrophysiology Area

About the role

The Hospital Group HLA is looking for a qualified nurse to join its Cardiac Electrophysiology, Arrhythmia and Syncope Unit at the HLA Moncloa hospital in Madrid. The role combines operating‑room assistance, outpatient clinic support and participation in clinical research.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room by checking equipment, instruments and medication.
• Assist during pre‑, intra‑ and post‑operative phases of cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Perform catheterisation of lines and support specific techniques, including CPR.
• Manage and restock medical supplies, including anesthetic gases.
• Support outpatient consultations.
• Participate in clinical research studies and contribute to publications.
• Coordinate activities with the multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing.
• Interest in cardiac electrophysiology; prior operating‑room or cardiology experience is valued.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork capability and self‑control.
• Flexible schedule; both experienced nurses and recent graduates with high motivation are welcome.
