About the role
JDM is seeking reliable on‑site Custodians to maintain cleanliness and safety across various commercial and industrial sites in Trinidad and Tobago. You will join a team that values high standards, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Operate cleaning equipment including mops, vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
- Follow established health, safety and sanitisation procedures.
- Support industrial maintenance activities when required.
- Adhere to company procedures, work schedules and quality standards.
Required profile
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning or custodial services.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry supplies for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read safety signs and basic instructions.
