Operational Planning Technician

About the role

Join a leading multinational mobility company as an Operational Planning Technician. You will support the activation of exploitation plans, develop planning tools, and monitor key performance metrics for the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Activate exploitation plans in sales and planning systems for new services in the UK market.
• Participate in the development and implementation of planning and sales tools.
• Track key metrics through dashboards and contribute to operational tool improvements.
• Collaborate on projects linking external platforms and internal systems.

Required profile

• Education in Computer Science, Transport & Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) for technical communication with UK teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility.
• Willingness to travel to the UK on occasion.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with geographic information systems.
• Proficiency in MS 365 and Google Suite.
