Operational Specialist – Depot Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operational Specialist to join our newly opened depot in the Madrid region. In this dynamic position you will be the key link between customers, transport partners, the workshop and internal teams, ensuring vehicles move smoothly through both administrative and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the intake, processing and administrative handling of vehicles.
• Coordinate and support logistical activities at the depot, including vehicle shunting.
• Prepare deliveries and verify that vehicles are ready for customer hand‑over.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination with customers, transport companies and internal departments.
• Monitor overall operations to guarantee an efficient and seamless workflow.

Required profile

• Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude with a structured work style.
• Ability to switch quickly between tasks while keeping an overview of the process.
• Clear, professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
