Operations Agent – Excursions

About the role

Join TUI’s diverse Operations team in Torremolinos as an Operations Agent focused on excursions. You will act as the communication hub between booking updates, excursion and transfer suppliers, and internal destination teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process and load all excursion bookings into the internal system, ensuring timely delivery to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier terms and conditions to meet quality and operational standards.
• Oversee day‑of excursion operations, collect incident reports, and provide feedback to relevant teams.
• Manage booking amendments, communicate changes to service delivery teams and suppliers, and optimise costs and load factor.
• Enter pick‑up times, pre‑order attraction tickets, and handle cash reconciliation where required.
• Prepare accurate data for invoicing and ensure all required information is captured promptly.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities while planning ahead.
• Helpful, flexible, professional attitude and cultural intelligence for a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
• Team‑player mindset eager to learn, grow and embrace digital tools.
