Operations Analyst

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an Operations Analyst in Madrid. The Operations team keeps the company running efficiently across its many products and countries, covering events execution, user and partner operations and all related processes and tools. This cross-functional role lets you work with many business areas and understand how Fever works.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in company-wide projects aimed at improving a specific area of the business
• Lead projects with the support of senior team members, reaching the defined goals, objectives and timelines
• Carry out the analysis needed for several projects, weighing client satisfaction, cost control and profitability
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Identify areas for improvement and work on continuous improvement strategies, especially in logistics and operations
• Work with key stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and deliverables

Required profile

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations or tech-related)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Previous experience in logistics, operations or distribution is highly valued
• Experience preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
