Operations Assistant – Real Estate & Retail Expansion

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the day‑to‑day management of our real‑estate portfolio and retail expansion initiatives. This hands‑on, execution‑focused position offers exposure to landlord relations, market analysis, and project coordination while working closely with senior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Support relationships with landlords and stakeholders, handling communication and follow‑ups.
• Assist coordination between central operational teams and local teams.
• Help roll out commercial strategy and brand adaptation across shopping centres, managing on‑site details and documentation.
• Track marketing and operational budgets through data entry, invoice monitoring, and basic reporting.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to expansion projects, liaising with legal, marketing, and design/construction teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on partner engagement and portfolio status.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to properties, contracts, and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or currently completing) in Business Management, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, retail, operations, or a related area (internship experience valued).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of budgets and financial tracking.
• Good communication skills and comfort liaising with external partners.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with general office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
