Operations & Customer Service Coordinator – Golf Club Rentals

About the role

This position is a hands‑on role based in Palma de Mallorca, responsible for preparing golf club sets, coordinating rentals, and delivering excellent customer service for a specialist golf club rental company.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each booking, ensuring all clubs, bags and accessories are present and presented to a high standard.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and collections at customer locations, manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returns.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records of golf sets, missing or damaged items.
• Take ownership of the daily workflow to ensure all orders are ready and delivered on time, and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a practical, hands‑on approach.
• Confident dealing with customers and coordinating multiple daily bookings.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently; full driving licence required.
• Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance.

Required skills

• Good computer skills, including email and booking systems.
• Ability to clean, handle and transport golf equipment.
