Operations Internship – Valencia (Start Jan 2027)

About the role

Amazon Operations is looking for motivated interns to join its Valencia site starting in January 2027. The internship offers early consideration for full‑time roles, priority location choice and flexible interview scheduling. Interns work on‑site within fulfilment centres, sortation hubs or delivery stations, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑priority projects that improve the efficiency of fulfilment and delivery operations.
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose, test and implement solutions in collaboration with managers and frontline associates.
• Participate in pre‑briefs, flow meetings and leadership discussions to gather knowledge across the site.
• Move between different work areas, engaging with various teams and adapting to shift patterns as required.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme (undergraduate or graduate) and available to start in January 2027.
• Legal right to work in Spain by the start date.
• Willingness to be flexible regarding location within Spain and to work onsite in Valencia.
• Ability to work varied schedules and shift patterns.
