Operations & Network Management Intern

About the role

Join ServiZurich, the technology hub of Zurich Insurance Group in Barcelona, as an Operations & Network Management Intern. You will work alongside experts, gain hands‑on experience in insurance technology, and contribute to real projects that support global business units.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update process guidelines, documentation, and global databases for brokers and submissions.
• Prepare presentations and materials for ongoing projects and support the calculation of insurance policies, including Late Letters and Reinsurance Slips.
• Analyse datasets for reporting, ensure data quality, and communicate results clearly.
• Support process‑improvement and digitalisation initiatives and collaborate on projects related to business, technology, and network alignment.

Required profile

• Active student at a Spanish university, available for at least a 6‑month part‑time internship.
• Interest in insurtech, insurance sector and multinational environments.
• Enthusiastic, responsible team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar fields.

Required skills

• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data handling).
• Comfortable working in English in an international setting.
