Operations Project Manager – Logistics & Production

About the role

As a Senior Operations Project Manager you will lead high‑impact projects that improve the efficiency of our logistics and vehicle production processes. Working closely with local teams and headquarters, you will identify bottlenecks, optimise workflows and drive data‑based solutions that support scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and coordinate operational projects across Logistics and Production teams.
• Track performance through KPIs, analyse results and propose improvement initiatives.
• Support the expansion and management of the in‑house transportation network.
• Drive efficiency programmes covering transportation, storage and vehicle production.
• Coordinate capacity planning and storage management to meet business growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to local management and HQ stakeholders.
• Assist strategic projects focused on operational scalability and process optimisation.
• Act as the primary liaison between Logistics, Production and HQ, aligning priorities and ensuring delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Strategy Consulting or similarly fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• SQL or automation/scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
