Operations Strategy Project Manager (Global Events)

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is building a team of Strategic Event Operations Project Managers to design and run its most complex, high-impact events worldwide. The role owns the full operational strategy of each project, from early definition to final execution, and suits autonomous people who thrive in ambiguity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events and own projects from early planning through execution.
• Translate partner needs into scalable operational models and design processes, workflows and tools from scratch.
• Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans, anticipate risks and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Work with Sales, Originals, Product and local Operations teams, acting as the main operational contact for key partners.
• Ensure solutions are implemented on the ground and support local teams, stepping in to unblock critical issues.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy and operations roles in high-growth companies, with proven experience solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading projects end-to-end.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Nice to have: experience in logistics, marketplaces or large-scale operations, and exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations.

Required skills

• Analytical skills (Excel, SQL) are a plus.
• Structured problem solving, strong stakeholder management and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
