Operations & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As an Operations & Supply Chain Specialist at ALOHAS, you will manage a permanent slice of outbound volume from order creation to final delivery. Working alongside a highly automated backbone, you will apply human judgment to resolve exceptions, improve processes, and ensure seamless international logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of outbound orders and drive the full sale‑order cycle (delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping, delivery).
• Maintain service targets: OTIF >95% and chargeback accuracy >95%.
• Select, negotiate, and manage forwarders and carriers for each shipment, handling export/import documentation and customs compliance.
• Control outbound transport costs within a ±5% variance, validate freight invoices, and raise disputes when needed.
• Track and report logistics KPIs (OTIF, SLA, transport cost) and provide ad‑hoc analysis for decision‑making.
• Monitor 3PL and carrier performance, address gaps, and act as the liaison between warehouse operations and logistics partners.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for logistics precision.
• Ability to protect deadlines and margins while working with automated systems.
• Comfort with handling international export/import processes and customs regulations.
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Experience with outbound logistics and transport cost management.
• Familiarity with forwarder and carrier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of international customs procedures and export/import documentation.
