Operations Team Lead

About the role

As Operations Team Lead you will ensure the smooth, compliant and efficient running of the organization by supporting key processes across Procurement, HR, Finance, Operations and IT, working closely with the CEO to execute Zurich’s vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare draft Statements of Agreement, create work orders, coordinate signing processes and manage contract documentation.
• Monitor employee expense reports, mandatory training completion, payroll files and employee benefits administration.
• Coordinate vendor invoicing, payment requests, PO tracking in Coupa and vendor creation in SAP.
• Collect evidence for internal controls, support audit queries and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
• Act as point of contact for IT licences, access requests and new tool setups.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in operations, administration, procurement, HR or finance support.
• Familiarity with finance and procurement tools such as SAP, Coupa and expense management systems; experience with Power Apps is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HR processes including payroll data, benefits and mandatory training.
• Proven ability to work with external vendors and internal stakeholders across Finance, HR and IT.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
