Operations Technician – Transport & Logistics

About the role

Alsa, a multimodal transport group with more than 20,000 employees, is looking for an Operations Technician in its San Bartolomé centre. The role covers operational and administrative information related to transport, incident management and coordination with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review operational and administrative information related to the transport area
• Manage incidents and follow up on services
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations
• Record and update data in computer systems
• Support general administrative tasks of the department

Required profile

• Professional training in Transport and Logistics or similar
• Previous experience in transport, logistics or similar positions
• Proactive, problem-solving and team-oriented attitude
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility

Required skills

• Fluent use of digital tools
• Proficiency in Excel
