Operations Trainee Scholarship (#Impulsa)

About the role

ALSA, a transport group with more than 20,000 people worldwide, is offering its #Impulsa scholarship for a trainee in the Operations department in Madrid. The position starts immediately and lasts up to one year. It suits someone finishing their studies recently who wants to work on fleet coordination, driver management and customer service follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative support to the transport operations team
• Cooperation in fleet and driver coordination management
• Follow-up of services according to client requests
• Coordination with other areas involved in the process

Required profile

• Recent graduate or student finishing studies
• Intermediate English (B2)
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable in dynamic environments
• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Transport and Logistics Management or similar

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• English at B2 level
