Paralegal

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, has a legal team covering intellectual property, M&A, joint ventures, privacy and paralegal support. The Paralegal supports contract management, entity management, compliance tracking and legal documentation, and works within a hybrid setup in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract management and signature processes, keeping accurate records and executing contracts on time.
• Assist with entity management, corporate governance, compliance tracking and related administrative processes.
• Prepare, organize and maintain legal documentation, records and filing systems, and provide administrative support.
• Use legal tech tools and internal systems to manage workflows, execute documents and collaborate.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on business and legal activities.
• Support process optimization, knowledge sharing and Legal Operations workflows, and contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement.
• Help grow other team members.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment; experience supporting legal or corporate teams is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages such as Swedish, German, Arabic, Greek, Turkish or Mandarin Chinese are a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast pace.
• Clear communicator with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Interest in legal tech and digital tools.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, e-signature platforms and AI tools is a plus.
