Partner Manager – POS (Belgium)

About the role

MultiSafepay is looking for a Partner Manager focused on Point‑of‑Sale (POS) solutions in Belgium. You will be the main liaison between MultiSafepay and technology partners such as independent software vendors, SaaS platforms and cash‑register manufacturers, helping them integrate our payment products and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with ISV, SaaS and cash‑register partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Understand partner needs and advise on the use of MultiSafepay APIs, white‑label solutions and payment products.
• Develop and execute joint business plans aimed at market expansion and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and joint go‑to‑market activities.
• Track partner performance metrics, produce regular reports and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Flemish, French and English.
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of SaaS and payment industry dynamics.
