About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA, a creative fashion collective, is seeking a part‑time Sales Assistant for its Barcelona store. You will act as the main brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service throughout the shopping journey.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, guide them through the product range and close sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain stock levels, count inventory and organise deliveries.
- Keep the shop floor tidy, follow visual‑merchandising guidelines and assist with window displays.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong sense of fashion and ability to understand client needs.
- Team‑oriented attitude and good listening skills.
