About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA, a creative fashion collective, is seeking a part‑time Sales Assistant for its Madrid store. You will be the front‑line brand ambassador, delivering a seamless customer experience from greeting to sale.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary brand ambassador.
- Guide customers through the entire purchase journey, handling inquiries and complaints.
- Perform stock counting, control, and organize deliveries.
- Maintain the stockroom and ensure product organization on the shop floor.
- Implement visual‑merchandising guidelines and collaborate on window displays and visual changes.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑facing roles.
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
- Ability to listen, work in a team, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusive teamwork.
