About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a part‑time Sales Assistant to join its Palma de Mallorca store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a high‑quality customer experience and supporting the growth of the Bimba y Lola culture in Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service throughout the customer journey, from greeting to final sale.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain stock accuracy, receive deliveries and keep the stockroom organized.
- Arrange merchandise on the shop floor, follow visual‑merchandising guidelines and assist with window displays.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and an eye for style.
- Team‑player with good listening skills.
