Part‑time Sales Assistant in Barcelona

About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our Barcelona store and help spread the Bimba y Lola culture across Spain. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, acting as a brand ambassador, and supporting the store’s daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, guide them through the buying journey and handle sales transactions.
- Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain stock levels, receive deliveries and keep the stockroom organized.
- Arrange merchandise on the shop floor, follow visual‑merchandising guidelines and assist with window displays.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to work well in a team.
