About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA, a creative fashion collective, is seeking a part‑time Sales Assistant for its Vigo store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and helping to spread the Bimba y Lola culture across Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, guide them through the buying journey and handle sales transactions.
- Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain stock levels, receive deliveries and keep the stockroom organized.
- Arrange merchandise on the shop floor following visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with visual changes, window displays and seasonal product training.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong sense of fashion and an ability to understand client needs.
- Team‑oriented attitude with good listening skills.
