About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a part‑time Sales Assistant to join its Menorca store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will act as the main brand ambassador, delivering a complete and enjoyable customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, guide them through the sales process and handle any requests or complaints.
- Maintain stock accuracy through counting, control, and organization of deliveries.
- Keep the stockroom tidy and ensure product presentation on the shop floor follows visual‑merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate on visual changes, window displays, and overall store aesthetics.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in customer‑service or retail sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
- Team‑oriented, motivated and able to listen to customers' needs.
