Patient Care Specialist

About the role

Impress is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join its Barcelona headquarters. You will be the primary point of contact for patients undergoing orthodontic treatment, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from the first appointment through the final outcome.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience across all communication channels (phone, email, video, SMS, WhatsApp, live chat).
• Schedule, confirm, and follow‑up on appointments, guiding patients through treatment timelines.
• Explain products and procedures, assist with documentation, and resolve patient inquiries.
• Identify trends, report potential issues, and contribute ideas to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, energetic work environment.

Required profile

• University degree in Dentistry with experience in Orthodontics.
• Previous experience in a similar patient‑support role.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English or Spanish is a plus.
• Self‑discipline, motivation to learn, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dental designing software.
