People & Culture Analyst – Remote

About the role

Join Tether’s People & Culture team as a remote Analyst, supporting data‑driven initiatives that improve employee experience and talent management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring new hires receive necessary information and resources.
• Conduct onboarding surveys and follow‑up conversations to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training.
• Collaborate with People Strategic Managers and cross‑functional teams to generate early insights from HR data.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards that track key people metrics.
• Support ongoing talent management activities, including performance reviews and employee engagement programs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to HR challenges.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
