People & Culture Internship

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, are opening in Cala Llonga, Ibiza. They are looking for a People & Culture intern to support recruitment, onboarding, HR software, health and safety, training, accommodation, payroll and benefits, employee engagement and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection to attract a diverse workforce.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Manage and optimise HR software to improve efficiency.
• Support health and safety (PRL) initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programmes.
• Oversee employee accommodation arrangements.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration and compliance.
• Run employee engagement activities and help resolve employee relations issues.
• Help design and launch internal communications on the internal platform.

Required profile

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to keep confidential information discreet.

Required skills

• Proficiency or knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Canva.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
