About the role
We are ALSA, a top‑employer with more than 20,000 employees operating in several countries, dedicated to sustainable, multimodal mobility. We are looking for telephone service staff to work at our centre in Ledoño. If you enjoy communication and customer service, this position is for you.
Required profile
- Residence close to the workplace.
- Good handling of new technologies.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
What we offer
- Work location: Ledoño.
- Contract: Fixed‑term until January 2027.
- Full‑time schedule with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and weekly days off.
- Gross salary of €1,850 per month, with prorated extra payments.
