About the role
Alsa is looking for motivated individuals to join the bus cleaning team in Cartagena. You will work the night shift, ensuring that urban buses are spotless and ready for passengers each day.
Key responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior of urban buses according to Alsa standards.
- Perform cleaning tasks during the night shift (21:30 – 05:30).
- Report any maintenance issues observed during cleaning.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude, responsibility and teamwork.
- Residence in Cartagena or surrounding area.
- Willingness to work night hours and cover a medical‑leave shift.

What we offer
- Temporary contract covering medical leave.
- Net salary of approximately €1,500 per month.
- One day off per week (the other day paid as overtime).
