Pharma Sales Analyst

About the role

Haleon is looking for a Pharma Sales Analyst in Madrid to contribute to the growth of its commercial strategy in pharmacy in Spain. The analyst analyzes performance across territories and categories and builds the best strategic plan to boost the pharmacy channel's potential. The role sits within the CCC and works closely with Commercial Excellence and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CCC forecast meetings, analyze and revise historical data to deliver accurate projections of market and business conditions, opportunities and risks.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking sales effectiveness, and build commercial plans for brand and channel growth.
• Liaise with Commercial Excellence and Marketing to shape plans for new launches, commercial actions and promotional activations.
• Gather, process and analyze internal and external data, then communicate findings to the sales team.
• Develop, implement and optimize the sales process and monitor and control the GTN to ensure healthy business growth.
• Analyze sales processes, recommend improvements, and support sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Define and track the go-to-market strategy.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in consumer healthcare (3-5 years).
• Management degree, preferably in Business or Economics.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans.
• P&L management, budgeting and forecasting, financial acumen.
• Commercial acumen and strong relationship-building skills.

The salary range is EUR 40,051 to EUR 55,070, given as a guide and subject to experience, skills and internal equity.
